Titanium, an IT Project for K Raheja Universal Pvt ltd., located on the Western Express Highway. The challenge was to develop a design an iconic building satisfying commercial, functional & aesthetic needs.
The project comprises of two structures on adjacent plots, laid out on rectangular grids with two office spaces on one single floor plate of 20,000 sqft with their dedicated service cores. The facade follows the same rectangular grid in glass accentuated with aluminum profile. The colour of the aluminum composite panels cladding the surface is true to the name TITANIUM.
