The client approached NPAPL with an intent of Venetian theme for the design of the mall. Concluding the concept of US based designer KMD architects the sprawling 7 lakh sqft retail cum entertainment hub was designed to grab attention of patrons from day one.
Design is based on commercial Pedestrian Street flanked by shops on the sides intercepted by skylit plazas at regular intervals. The internal elevations are reminiscent of streetscape of venice with burst of colours and candy stripes adding cheer and warmth. Minute details for sinage, details, lighting and circulation have been well catered to.
