The client being a hard core engineering firm, with clear cut business requirements functionally oriented the brief was to create an office with high space efficiency with understated elegance and within given budget.
The floor plate was large with column grid hence iron grid pattern was used. The external periphery lined with enclosed glass cabins and meeting spaces then converge into the staff areas laid out in clusters.
The executive wing houses board room, executive lounge and cabins with the use of rich finishes like Italian marble and veneers to complement. The color palette used is extremely formal. Lighting design is given due importance. Also, art work was theme based on old photographs of historical city of Mumbai.
The overall office interiors are a perfect blend of function and aesthetics.
